OUR PROCESS
Flawless, worry-free events. Start to Finish.
With each project, we follow a simple six-step process to help you create the perfect event. We understand that you have a lot going on with planning your event, so we make AV easy. We listen carefully to your needs to ensure we deliver the perfect AV system for your event. We'll discover your objectives and develop plans for the best outcomes.
Contact us to discuss your event with our experienced technicians to help select equipment ideal for your setting.
1. Contact & Consultation
Start by contacting our team of professionals. We will ask all the necessary questions during our initial consultation to determine your event's specific production needs regardless of your technical know-how.
2. Design & Quote
View your quote within minutes with our cloud-based quote system. Your quoted price is guaranteed to never change. If your event requirements change and you need something added last-minute your quote will be updated immediately.
3. Rental Agreement
Once you are satisfied with your quote, we will send our straightforward and easy-to-read Rental Agreement & Credit Card Authorization Form to be e-signed. Your signature of approval will lock in the order and reserve the services for your event. We have streamlined this process, so it is quick and simple for our clients.
4. Finalization
Sit back and relax. Channel Audio will take over and finalize all the tiny details necessary to make your event a success. We will work directly with any associated venues, planners, musicians, and other vendors, so you do not have to be a middleman.
5. Event
On the day of your event, hours of preparation will have gone into designing a turnkey gameplan, guaranteed to be a success. During the event, you will have one point of contact for all questions 24/7.
6. Post-Event Feedback
After your event, we will schedule a follow-up conversation to review event success, discuss attendee satisfaction, and get your feedback. We want to ensure everyone's satisfaction, so we can repeat the process with you for years to come.
