How far in advance should I book AV equipment for my event?

We recommend booking your AV equipment as early as possible to guarantee availability, especially for popular dates and multi-day events. However, we also do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Where are you located?

We are located in Nashville, Tennessee and regularly service venues and events throughout the Mid-South.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free within a 15-mile radius of Nashville, TN. Beyond 15 miles, a fee of $0.67 per mile applies. 

How are rental rates determined?

Our rental rates are priced per item, per day. We offer discounts for multi-day and long-term rentals.

What is the preferred method of payment?

We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. Most clients prefer to have their credit card on file and charged upon delivery or pickup.

What if I only want to rent one item?

No problem! There is no minimum or maximum order with Channel Audio.

What brands of equipment does your company provide?

We carry all major lines and manufacturers. If we don't have the brand you need, we will look into adding it to support your needs.

What if I do not use some of my rentals?

Unfortunately, we do not offer credits for unused rental equipment.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • More than 14 days' notice: No charge.

  • 7-14 days' notice: Charged 50% of the rental amount.

  • Less than 7 days' notice: Charged the full rental amount.

  • Acts of God (illness, death, extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemic): Charged 50% of the rental amount.

What if my rental equipment gets damaged or misplaced?

Clients are responsible for any damaged or lost rental items. Replacement fees will be invoiced, and the credit card on file will be charged. Please ensure equipment is secure and protected from the weather.
